These terms govern your use of the Pieceflow web service provided by Omnilude. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies shown with them.

Pieceflow is intended for users who are at least 14 years old and have also reached the minimum age at which they may consent to personal-data processing in their country of residence. A user below the higher of those two thresholds may use the service only after verified consent from a legal representative and completion of a verification process provided by Pieceflow.
Pieceflow does not currently provide a legal-representative consent verification process. A user below the applicable age threshold must therefore not use the service, feedback, account, photo upload, cloud storage, sharing, collaborative, or paid features, or enter or transmit personal information.
You must not misrepresent age or legal-representative consent or bypass a verification process. If child use is allowed in the future, the legal representative must ensure that the child uses only photos they are lawfully entitled to use and does not enter or disclose photos containing personal information, precise location, school, identification documents, or other identifying details.
If paid features are launched in the future, a minor whose local law requires legal-representative consent for a contract or payment must obtain that consent before paying. Pieceflow may restrict or cancel a purchase, to the extent permitted by law, if required consent cannot be verified.
Pieceflow provides public artwork discovery, photo-based puzzle creation, play, browser storage, and resume features. Creating and playing the currently available 12-to-300-piece puzzles is free.
Puzzler is a planned $2.50 monthly subscription and has not launched or started taking payments. Additional options, share links, and collaborative play are not guaranteed as available features before launch.
You must have the right to use every photo you select or turn into a puzzle. Do not use content that infringes copyright, portrait rights, privacy, or any other right.
Use public artwork only within the source and license terms shown for that work. Rights in the Pieceflow name, interface, code, and original product elements belong to Omnilude or their lawful owners.
In particular, material showing a child or containing another person’s face, contact details, school, precise location, identification document, or other identifying information must not be used, uploaded, or disclosed without lawful authority and any required consent.
Your created puzzles, photo data, and play progress are currently stored mainly in your browser. They do not move automatically to another device or browser.
Browser settings, limited storage, clearing site data, device loss, or software errors can remove local data. Keep your own copy of important source photos.
You may not disrupt the service or other users, bypass security, make excessive automated requests, distribute malware, create or share unlawful content, infringe rights, or resell the service without permission.
Use that violates law or these terms may be restricted. Access related to an urgent security risk or rights violation may be blocked without advance notice.
Misrepresenting age or legal-representative consent, bypassing a verification process, collecting or exposing another person’s personal information without consent, including a child’s information, or creating, uploading, or sharing child sexual abuse material or other unlawful or harmful content targeting children is prohibited.
Features, support, and pricing plans may change for stability, security, legal, or product reasons. Material changes will be announced through the service or another reasonable channel.
Omnilude uses reasonable care to operate Pieceflow but does not promise uninterrupted service or permanent preservation of local data. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Korean law governs these terms.
