Omnilude operates Pieceflow and handles privacy inquiries. The privacy contact and person responsible is Jongmin Kim at omnilude@gmail.com.
This policy applies to the Pieceflow web service. External sites and separate services apply their own policies. It takes effect on July 23, 2026.
Photos you select, puzzle settings, puzzle files, and play progress are handled by IndexedDB or local storage in your browser by default. Photos are not uploaded to Pieceflow servers during ordinary creation and play.
Service and security logs may record access time, IP address, browser or device type, request path, and error details. If you submit feedback, Pieceflow may process the proposal, votes and status, plus limited request information needed to prevent abuse.
If future cross-device sharing or collaborative play requires photo transfer, Pieceflow will explain the sign-in session, transfer, and visibility first, and upload only photos you explicitly select.
Pieceflow is intended for users who are at least 14 years old and have also reached the minimum age at which they may consent to personal-data processing in their country of residence. Because Pieceflow does not currently provide a legal-representative consent verification process, a user below the applicable age threshold must not use the service or provide personal information.
This rule applies not only to explicit photo uploads, but also to information processed through feedback and votes, IP addresses and access or error logs, cookies and local identifiers, accounts, cloud storage, sharing or collaborative features, and payments.
If Omnilude learns that personal information from a user below the applicable age threshold has been processed, it will restrict further processing, verify a legal representative when necessary, and delete the information without undue delay unless retention is required by law or needed to respond to a security incident. A legal representative may request access or deletion at omnilude@gmail.com.
If age or legal-representative verification is offered in the future, only the minimum information needed for verification will be processed separately and deleted without undue delay after the purpose is fulfilled.
Information is processed only as needed to create, save, and resume puzzles; retain language, theme, and play settings; provide official artwork; handle questions and feedback; diagnose failures; protect security; prevent abuse; and meet legal duties.
When separate consent is requested, any additional processing stays within the purpose described with that consent.
Photos and puzzle data stored in the browser remain on that device until you delete the puzzle or site data, or reset browser storage. Omnilude cannot remotely inspect or restore this local data.
Server-side inquiries, feedback, and operational records are kept only as long as needed for their purpose and then deleted without undue delay. Records may be separated and retained when required by law or needed to respond to a security incident.
You may contact omnilude@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Information that must be retained by law may be excluded from a request.
Omnilude applies reasonable safeguards including data minimization, access control, protected transmission, and log review. If age or legal-representative verification information is processed, it will be kept separately to the minimum extent needed for that purpose and deleted without undue delay after the purpose is fulfilled.
